I believe that counseling is a collaborative process where the expertise of the client and ther counselor combine to meet each individual's unique needs. It is my priority to create a safe, non-judgmental environment in which you feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. Helping you discover your whole self and inner resources and empowering you to manage life's challenges to reach your full potential is what I am passionate about.

I collaborate with individuals of all ages who are trying to heal their trauma, adjust to changes, deal with grief and loss, or navigate anxiety and depression. I use a primarily person-centered, strength-based approach while incorporating strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Play Therapy, among other modalities to meet your individual needs and help you progress toward your goals. I work to understand each person's holistic self and the impact of their intersecting identities on their lived experiences.
